Greg Gomes-Sebastiao
Executive Director
Greg is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in advanced process control solutions and expert systems. He holds an Electronic Engineering degree and a post-graduate degree in technology management and has committed his career to driving innovation and implementing beneficial control strategies. As a leader in global mining projects, he discovered a knack for solving complex operational problems, which led him to establish a company focused on this.
Greg is a firm believer in the power of collaboration and knows that that diversity of thought and expertise can offer limitless opportunities to make a positive impact. He and his family relocated to Perth in 2014, and when not working, Greg enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons.
Jody Crow
Executive Director
Jody is a passionate advocate of sustainability with over a decade of experience in the control systems engineering industry.
Jody’s expertise in industrial instrumentation, combined with his problem-solving skills, has earned him a reputation for approaching challenges with a unique and innovative mindset. His hands-on experience and dedication to providing top-notch services has led to numerous project successes in the mining industry.
As a co-founder of Improve IO, Jody is responsible for the overall management and growth of Improve IO and leads a team of experienced engineers.
